Kyrgyzstan cabinet loses confidence vote
BISHKEK (Reuters) - Kyrgyzstan's parliament voted to express no confidence in the government of Prime Minister Sapar Isakov on Thursday amid an apparent power struggle between the president and a leader of the ruling party.
